Terms & Conditions Hire

• All Hire Bookings of neon signs need to be PAID in full 24 hours prior to event hire.
• A security deposit of $100 will be required and will be refunded once the sign is returned in perfect condition. A valid credit card will need to be provided.
• Delivery is available for all sign covering Darwin CBD and neighbouring suburbs.
• Alternatively, our Pickup and drop off location is at Paraphernalia Gift shop in Parap.
• Shop 3/3 Parap Shopping Village, Parap
• Sign hire is for a 24–48-hour hire period. Longer period available on request.
• Late Fee will be charged at $25 per day if the sign is returned late.
• The customer is responsible for any damages and/or breakages. All signs will be inspected before hire and upon return.
• Cancellation fee: If you cancel your hire within 24 hours’ notice, only 50% of the HIRE cost will be refunded.
• If your event is cancelled due to COVID we will provide a credit for future use which can also be transferable to others.
