Terms & Conditions of hire
Terms & Conditions of hire
- All Hire Bookings of neon signs need to be PAID in full 24 hours prior to event hire.
- A security deposit is required at time of booking to ensure your sign is secured for your event. $100 will be refunded once the sign is returned in perfect condition. A valid bank account with details will need to be provided.
- Hirer also has the option of picking up the signs themselves and returning them to our warehouse address.
- Sign hire is for a 24-hour hire period. Longer period available on request.
- Late Fee will be charged at a day rate if the sign is returned late.
- The customer is responsible for any damages and/or breakages. All signs will be inspected before hire and upon return.
- Cancellation fee: If you cancel your hire within 24 hours’ notice, only 50% will be returned.
- If your event is cancelled due to COVID we will provide a credit for future use which can also be transferable to others signs and other people.
- If damages occur while on Hire, the Neon Sign will need to be replaced. 100% of your deposit will be kept to cover the costs of the damages.
