How is a neon sign priced?
Prices of our neon signs vary depending on font, size and the intricacy of the design i.e. how many twists and turns the neon tubing does! For a more specific quote, send through your ideas and we will get you a quote back in no time!

How Are the LED Neon Signs Powered?
All customers in Australia receive a standard 12V power plug with 2 metres of transparent cord and 1 metre of power plug cord, 3 metres in total. If your neon has a remote control, you will also get a receiver in the pack that will need to be attached in between the transparent cord and the black power cord. Simply plug it into the power and voila – you are ready to glow!

How do I hang my Neon Sign?
All our Neon signs weigh between 3 and 6 kg, and mounting holes are already drilled on the acrylic backboard. This makes the signs lightweight, portable, and easy to install. We have two types of installation options and accessories, either to mount the sign or hang the sign. If mounting, use the screws provided and simply screw or drill into the wall for a permanent finish. If using a drill, please go slowly to avoid cracking the acrylic. Strong double-sided tape can also be used, along with an electrician for assistance to mount.

What Forms The Backing Material Of The LED Neon Sign?
All signs that are made come attached to an acrylic backboard. The clear, silver, gold or black acrylic backboard can be shaped in any contour that you like eg. Cut to shape, or a square shape around the font.

Do I need a Dimmer/Remote Control?
Our Neons have the option to also be controlled by a remote. This will allow you to control the signs brightness better. Using our dimmer and remote settings you can turn the lights on and off, change the brightness or make it flicker, pulse and flash. Properly adjusted settings will allow you to change the light’s brightness, which can help when taking pictures and selfies in front of the sign. Dimmers and remotes can be purchased as an add on for $25.00 AUS.

Can The Neon Light I Purchased Be Used Outdoors?
While our standard Neon Lights are made for indoor use, they can be easily used for outdoor events and parties. It is important however to make sure that they don’t get wet, since our standard signs are not waterproof.

We can, on request, create outdoor waterproof neon signs. Be advised that outdoor signs will have transparent waterproofing caps which are visible when the light is turned off. They also come with 6-month warranty
